Start your week with stillness through meditation and the peaceful sounds of the crystal bowls. Re-energise and strengthen your chakras and aura with Aura-Soma pomanders and quintessences: beautifully scented infusions of herbs, crystals and essential oils. 

Caroline Flavin is a qualified and professional sound healer with twenty years’ experience in the holistic world, delivering high quality bespoke sound healing sessions for 10 years using a unique combination of quartz singing bowls, Acutonics Tuning Forks® and Aura-Soma Colour, to bring effortless relaxation to clients and facilitating various relaxation and meditation circles and classes in private, public, community, school and corporate environments.

Please note: Wear warm, comfortable clothing. You will be lying down for around 45 minutes. (if this is problematic you might like to sit instead, please let me know before your session). Bring water, stay hydrated and where possible, have a relaxing schedule afterwards.

Sound healing is generally safe to use, however please note:

Pregnancy –

The first 12 weeks – caution is advised in when playing sounds OFF the body. Consult your doctor before receiving any sound healing; it is not advised to use instruments directly ON the body.


Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and postponements of appointments are sometimes unavoidable. If, for unforeseen circumstances, I need to cancel your session, I will let you know as soon as possible and arrange to reschedule. Full payment for the four weeks is made on the first week. As space is limited, if you cannot make the other sessions, there will be no refunds given.
