More and more we need to find ways and spaces to connect deeply to our essential self, our essence, to be receptive to inspiration and intuition. We are all over-stimulated, with our nervous systems under pressure, in ways we were not humanly designed for, and which causes us much stress, bordering on burn out.

Announcing a special 5Rhythms offering- The Temple of Stillness.

This space will offer you time to slow down, to turn the volume down, to move and rest in the 5Rhythms, particularly Stillness, guided by the wonderful 5Rhythms teacher Irene Ward, and to experience the peacefull spaciousness of a crystal bowl sound bath with Caroline Flavin, Alchemy of Sound, to enhance and deepen the vibration of stillness. 
Irene & Caroline are delighted to offer this space to return to zero, dropping into the medicine of rhythm, sound, and silence, together with the cleansing support of sage, and the exquisite vibrational colour medicine of Aura-Soma.
