Join Caroline Flavin, an experienced sound healing practitioner with over 20 years' experience in the world of Aura-Soma® colour, energy and holistic wellbeing, for a beautiful seven-week experiential journey through colour, the aura, the chakras and Aura-Soma®.

• Explore the vibration, symbolism and qualities of colour
• Discover the colours and qualities of the chakras
• Learn about the aura and ways of supporting your energetic wellbeing
• Learn about crystals and colour rays
• Experience Aura-Soma® pomanders and quintessences
• Experience colour breathing, meditation and visualisation
• Comprehensive Colour, Aura & Chakra notes and practices to take home
• Take time for self-reflection in a warm, supportive and respectful space

• Notes and handouts to take home each week
• Weekly crystal bowl sound bath at the end of each class for deep relaxation

No previous experience of Aura-Soma®, meditation or energy work is required. Simply bring your curiosity, an openness to explore, and a desire to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
