Need help?
When all else fails
Our bodies remain
The earth, the land
And our belonging to the emergent now, together
Always comes first
All around us
We are witnessing the breakdown of meaning
Of the ability to relate across differences
As profit driven algorithms are some of the biggest governors
Of what can be said and our social imaginaries
Funding is being cut
Polarisation is the new roulette
And many are left speechless
And in isolation
What is missing?
We believe we need spaces and places
To be in our bodies together
To metabolise the false splits, and realise that they are pointing to bigger unity
To learn to be with the tension
And listen to where it is pointing us to
Following desire, rediscovering what innocent desire and guidance feels like, together
With Humility as our anchor
Curiosity & Compassion as our orientation
How can we rediscover how agency and power lives within us
our unique move to add to the soup
Without collapsing or controlling the outcome?

Feel invited to a 5 part series and cycle in Berlin this fall: Moving through the Flames
Through combining somatic dance practices with Warm Data Lab Format in each session, we intend to create a way of meeting, co-nourishing, and co-sensing in uncertain times. We believe that this is a contribution to metabolising some of the change that is underway. Drawing from Open Floor and Fluentbody, we will start the evenings through inviting movement, release and resourcing. To be followed by Nora Bateson’s Warm Data Lab Format, where we practice meeting each other’s lived experience in their complexity - through the contexts that are influencing them, and with curiosity and care. We intend to create opportunities to view the memories that we hold in a different light, and therefore make space for novel moves, beyond collapse and control, beyond false binaries.
Who is this for?
We invite people who are working on bridging systems, and intimately know the resistances that can be met in that process. We invite people who want to resource themselves through movement with other bodies, and who are committed to bringing curiosity to the tensions and fragmentations they are encountering - together. And who are curious what lies beyond collapse or control as we meet the moment, where our previous frames and experiences no longer fit what is unfolding.
For the bridge builders and tricksters of Berlin.
Flow:
1 hour embodiment/movement (Open Floor or Fluentbody - both somatic dance practices that help to inhabit more of our being and favour novel connections arising, as well as resourcing).
1-1.5 hours Warm Data Lab: https://batesoninstitute.org/warm-data/. A an inquiry format that is designed such that a different form of communication becomes possible- beyond binaries, beyond opinions, beyond what we already know. to reveal patterns that repeat across a variety of contexts (like economy, politics, health, education, technology, etc.) and seeks to enable novel patterns to emerge. Across the 5 sessions we will have different inquiries, of the type: "What is health in a changing world?".
Optional Closing:
1 whole day of dance, sense- and art-making, with each participant inviting ‘unlikely allies’ - your elderly neighbour, your deliveroo hero, your späti owner, your child
Tickets and choosing full cycle or one-offs:
We would love you to consider committing to all 5 sessions, as there is a depth of inquiry that can occur with both the somatic and the warm data inquiry work. You will feel more benefit from attending at least 3 sessions, to really let the formats to unfold what they enable - a creation of more spaciousness, movement, and re-combining. However, we also keep the option open to book individual sessions, as we are aware that for some a 5 cycle commitment is not possible, and wish to make attendance available to these people.
Please note that as you click 'Buy tickets', it will at first appear like you can only choose attendance of one event, but once you do, you get to a window that allows you to book all 5 sessions.
Bio Maegan/Alma ∞ Omega:
I’m a rebel-weaver-artist-sensitive-soul that’s been dedicating my life’s work to weaving the succulent strands of Dance, Music, Embodiment, Metamorphosis & (eco)-Somatics as an offering to life for over 2 decades.
I’m a professional DJ, Open Floor Embodied-Dance Teacher, Ritualist, Grief/Joy Tender, Rebel-Shape-shifter & Mid-wife for the Soul, and also just a human attempting to be awake & open to the many textures of this messy collective evolution.
As an embodied-artist, my passion is to create & hold spaces wherein we can remember the fabric of our humanity, our connection to divinity/source, and our intricate-inherent-inter-connection to all of Life: so we can take that remembrance out into this fragmented world, and anchor in the grit and grace that is our human birthright.

Bio Alexandra Robinson
Is a highly sensitive geek of complexity and life.
I am interested in cultural evolution and have worked in a variety of roles that support this. From project management, to facilitation for participatory processes, and event organisation. A biologist and ecologist by training I became very fascinated by how humans somehow seem to act very counter-intuitively to the ways of living systems. To this end, my further education lies in complex adaptive systems, Fluentbody facilitation, warm data lab hosting, oppressive systems, collective leadership and collective intelligence for responding to outdated frames of viewing reality, and finding ways that allow for differences and yet are rooted in connection.
I love to gather people from different backgrounds and disciplines to enable learning and the willingness and courage to find new steps along the unfolding path, in a variety of contexts.
