A heart-opening ritual for deep self-connection & inner love

This Valentine’s season, join me for a candlelit evening of sound healing devoted not to romantic love - but to the most important relationship of all: the one you have with yourself.

Together, we’ll:
💗 Connect with the energy of the heart
🌹 Release self-judgement and emotional tension
✨ Cultivate compassion, gentleness and inner safety

During this session, you’ll experience:
🎶 The deeply grounding and heart-opening vibrations of the gong, crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments
🧘‍♀️ A guided meditation to support heart connection and nervous-system relaxation
🌟 A nurturing, candlelit space 
🔮 An oracle card pull offering gentle guidance for the month ahead

⏰ Time: 6.30–7.30pm
📍 Location: Christ Church with St Philip, Worcester Park
💫 Price: £25 per ticket – or bring a friend and buy two tickets for £45

Spaces are limited, so I recommend booking early 💗

Please bring: a yoga mat, a blanket (or two), a pillow and an eye mask.

Please note:
If you wear a hearing aid, you must remove it for the session. This sound bath is not suitable for those with a pacemaker, as the vibrations from the bowls may interfere with its function.
