Autumn Reset Sound Bath - Worcester Park 🍂

Sun 18 Oct 2026 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM Christ Church with St Philip (church hall), Worcester Park, KT4 8LG

As the days grow shorter and autumn settles in, join me for a deeply restorative evening of sound, stillness and reflection by candlelight - a chance to pause, reset and reconnect with yourself as we move into the darker half of the year.

Autumn invites us to slow down. Just as the trees begin to let go of their leaves, this season can be a beautiful opportunity to release what we no longer need, turn our attention inward and create space for rest, renewal and whatever comes next.

Together, we'll:
🍂 Pause and reconnect with the natural rhythm of the season
🌿 Let go of stress, tension and anything that feels ready to be released
🧠 Support nervous system regulation and deep rest
✨ Create space to consider what you need as we move towards winter
💫 Leave feeling grounded, restored and reconnected to yourself

During this session, you'll experience:
🎶 The deeply immersive vibrations of the gong, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls and other instruments, designed to guide you into a deeply relaxed state
🧘‍♀️ A gentle guided meditation inspired by the energy of autumn and the invitation to let go
🌟 Time for quiet reflection and intention-setting
🔮 An oracle card pull offering guidance and inspiration

🗓 Date: Sunday 18th October
Time: 6.30–7.30pm
📍 Location: Christ Church with St Philip, Worcester Park
💫 Price: £25 per ticket – or bring a friend and book two tickets for £45

Spaces are limited, so I recommend booking early.

Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket (or two), a pillow and an eye mask – anything you need to feel warm, cosy and completely comfortable. If lying down isn't suitable for you, chairs are available; just let me know (and still bring a cushion or two to get comfy).

Please note:
If you wear a hearing aid, it must be removed for the session. This sound bath is not suitable for those with a pacemaker, as the vibrations may interfere with its function. If you're in your first trimester of pregnancy, please let me know. Likewise, if you have any metal pins in your body.

Please arrive five minutes early so we can begin on time and preserve the peaceful atmosphere for everyone attending.

Follow me on Instagram @iamalexandrawilby, and feel free to get in touch with any questions. When you book, you'll also be added to my newsletter so you'll hear about future events (you can unsubscribe at any time).

I can't wait to welcome you for an evening of deep rest, letting go and seasonal renewal. 🍂✨
