Cosy Candlelit Sound Bath - Worcester Park 🕯️

Sun 22 Nov 2026 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM Christ Church with St Philip (church hall), Worcester Park, KT4 8LG

As the nights draw in and we prepare to step into the festive season, join me for a cosy, candlelit evening of sound, stillness and deep rest – a chance to slow down, turn inward and recharge before December gathers pace.

Winter naturally invites us to do less, rest more and retreat inwards. Yet for many of us, the weeks ahead can be some of the busiest of the year. This sound bath is an opportunity to step out of the noise for an hour, get warm and comfortable beneath your blankets, and allow yourself to simply be.

Together, we'll:
🕯️ Embrace the slower, quieter energy of the season
🎄 Pause and ground yourself before the busyness of December begins
🌿 Release stress, tension and mental overwhelm
🧠 Support nervous system regulation and deep rest
✨ Leave feeling rested, restored and ready to step into winter

During this session, you'll experience:
🎶 The deeply immersive vibrations of the gong, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls and other instruments, designed to guide you into a deeply relaxed state
🧘‍♀️ A gentle guided meditation inspired by the transition into winter
🕯️ A warm, cosy, candlelit space designed to help you switch off and settle into stillness
🔮 An oracle card pull offering guidance and inspiration

🗓 Date: Sunday 22nd November
Time: 6.30–7.30pm
📍 Location: Christ Church with St Philip, Worcester Park
💫 Price: £25 per ticket – or bring a friend and book two tickets for £45

Spaces are limited, so I recommend booking early.

Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket (or two), a pillow and an eye mask – anything you need to feel warm, cosy and completely comfortable. Cosiness is very much encouraged for this one! If lying down isn't suitable for you, chairs are available; just let me know (and still bring a cushion or two to get comfy).

Please note:
If you wear a hearing aid, it must be removed for the session. This sound bath is not suitable for those with a pacemaker, as the vibrations may interfere with its function. If you're in your first trimester of pregnancy, please let me know. Likewise, if you have any metal pins in your body.

Please arrive five minutes early so we can begin on time and preserve the peaceful atmosphere for everyone attending.

Follow me on Instagram @iamalexandrawilby, and feel free to get in touch with any questions. When you book, you'll also be added to my newsletter so you'll hear about future events (you can unsubscribe at any time).

I can't wait to welcome you for a cosy evening of candlelight, sound and deep rest as we step into winter together. 🕯️✨
