In this workshop, Tara will take you through the director’s process from start to finish, talking about finding the right team, working with writers and designers, casting, and running a rehearsal room. There will also be a Q&A at the end!

Tara Noonan (She/Her)
Tara is a director and facilitator from South London. Immediately after graduating with an MA in Directing with Distinction from Mountview, she directed the social media smash hit musical Diary of a Gay Disaster at the King's Head, a show that later went on to win the WhatsOnStage Award for Best Studio Production.
She has been workshopping new plays and musicals for the last three years, including Bollywood Rose by Ajay and Sumerah Srinistav, Worn Out by Zoë Morris and Meg McGrady for BYMT, Between The Sheets by Joel Priest, and others that have gone on to professional productions.
