The Alice Ruggles Trust, in partnership with the Department of Criminology at the University of Leicester, are proud to announce the fifth of our annual conferences where we bring together a range of practitioners and academics with a particular interest in stalking.
This year’s conference is timed to coincide with the publication of a new textbook Young People, Stalking Awareness and Domestic Abuse, which has been produced in partnership with the Alice Ruggles Trust. It features a number of speakers who have contributed to the book, as well as reports from current research projects relating to adolescent stalking, and workshops on subjects including cyberstalking, honour-based violence and tackling stalking in the military.
We warmly invite colleagues in the police, CPS, judiciary, social and healthcare services, probation services, and the charity sector together with academics and students from criminology, forensic psychology and other disciplines engaged in research related to stalking. As ever, we hope to stimulate further integration between these groups in order to improve strategies to tackle stalking and thus make victims safer.
This will be a hybrid conference:

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT PAYMENT METHODS. As a small charity, we do not have the resources to deal manually with small payments (e.g. setting ourselves up as a payee, issuing manual invoices against payment advices, and chasing late payments). For this reason we request payment at the time of (or, for payments by bank transfer, within 14 days of) registration. Our booking system will automatically issue an invoice. For LATE REGISTRATIONS we accept payment at the time of registration only.
