Come and join the next 'Slow Builders Club' with panelists Gabriela Flax @gabrielaflax and Tori Lutz @bytorilutz, hosted by Francesca Langton Kendall, Founder of ALIGN to discuss all things career pivots, the future of work and portfolio careers (if you don't know what a portfolio career is, you're in the right place!) 

You know something needs to change, but you can't figure out if that means changing your career, redesigning the one you're in or building your own business.

Maybe you’ve outgrown your job. Maybe you’re craving more creativity, more freedom, more meaning. Maybe you have an idea quietly sitting in the back of your mind, but you haven’t fully figured it out yet.

Slow Builders Club is for people in that in-between stage.

Not founders with a polished pitch deck.
Not freelancers with a solid client base.
Just thoughtful, ambitious people who know they want more from work and life, even if they can’t fully explain what that looks like yet.

This is a space for the people who are:

• sitting on half-formed ideas
• dreaming about building something of their own
• looking for creative, ambitious people who “get it”
• ready for change, but unsure what the first step is

There are countless events for people who already have the answers. This is for the people still finding them.

Expect a relaxed evening of conversation and discussion with our panelists Tori Lutz - an incredible self-trust coach, PR business owner and energy healer and Gabriela Flax - a career pivot and portfolio career coach, specialising in helping women set up multiple income streams in "Trimester Zero". Expect a group of gorgeous women and meaningful connections with others navigating the same weird, exciting, 'in-between' chapter. Most people will come alone. The goal is to leave with new people in your corner, collaborators, friends, or maybe even your future business partner.

No awkward elevator pitch.
No pretending to have it all figured out.
No pressure to “network.”

Just honest conversations with people who are slowly building towards something.
