Beginner's-Intermediate Yoga at the Galloway Hall
These classes aim to give an insight into all aspects of yoga, not just the physical poses. These classes include :
•Deepening stretches and using the breath to do so, breath work to calm down the nervous system, yoga flows to build stamina and strength and balances.
•Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) session at the end to aid relaxation at the end of the practice with herbal tea to finish
