WSW EXCHANGE #2 - Shardell Dues

Our second WSW Exchange this year is happening on October 7, 2026. Presented by ALIST in partnership with other women founders, this new learning series and format is designed for the WSW ecosystem established in 2016 ♾️

Our next founder entering the exchange with Amanda of ALIST is Shardell Dues, Chef and owner of her favorite pizza spot, Red Sauce Pizza because it’s much more than a delicious pizza. They officially opened on October 23, 2015 in Portland’s Concordia neighborhood on 42nd. Shardell later relocated to the Beaumont-Wilshire neighborhood on NE Fremont Street.

In their anniversary month, ticket holders will get a personal tour of the restaurant and snack on some goodies provided by Shar. Next, you’ll get an exclusive seat as she shares how she's been building her company for over a decade. She is changing the industry by providing paid PTO and health benefits to full time employees and they are one of the top paying restaurants (per hour) in the city. 

Each attendee will also be entered into a chance to win a microgrant and walk away with a printed blueprint filled out by Shar herself. Best of all, you’ll learn about those who helped her along the way. This one is especially for our Food & Beverage/Restaurant women founders. Is that you?

Tickets are just $25. In true exchange fashion, $10 will go to ALIST for organizing, $10 will go to Red Sauce Pizza for their space and time, and we’ll offer $5 of every ticket sale to go into a microgrant we’ll raffle off to an attendee. Winners must be present.
