On Thursday, October 8th Ciara from All About Energies and Clíona from Cliona Brady Healing invite you into a small, intimate gathering in The Energy Room, Foxford, Co. Mayo - a safe and supportive space to soften, let go, and return to yourself.

We begin with a ceremonial cacao ritual, gently opening the heart, calming the nervous system, and creating a deep sense of inner safety.

From there, you’ll be guided beneath the surface through journaling and EFT tapping, helping you release limiting beliefs, emotional blocks, and patterns that no longer serve you.

Your journey deepens with conscious connected breathwork, allowing space for profound emotional release and connection within.

Finally, you’ll be held in a deeply restorative integration, resting in sound healing, cocooned in hammocks, and supported by Reiki and Rahanni healing.

This is a space where nothing is expected of you.
