Bulkington Christmas Lights Switch On 2026!

PLEASE READ THIS WHOLE PAGE BEFORE YOU BOOK! 

You need to act fast! For some ticket types, we have invited more than we have space, so when the spaces are gone, you will not be able to book.

We are delighted to have been invited to the hugely successful Bulkington Christmas light switch on event for the fifth year! 

This event is bookable by invitation only. You will have received this link personally via email and given an access code. If you have not been invited, please do not book as this event, it is non-refundable.

This is a Christmas themed event and we ask that you set your stall with a Christmas theme and style. Due to limited lighting, you will need to bring your own lighting, this also adds to the festive mood. We will be having a competition for the best dressed festive stall and presenting the winner with prizes!

Please check your invite email carefully so you book the correct stall type. 

PLEASE NOTE: If you are a food stall and have not traded with us before, you MUST email us in advance of booking to provide your food hygiene details. 

This event is being community funded. Your stall fee is being used to help fund the event.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Charity stalls under cover, 6 are on Leicester Street, 2 are on Chequers Street (Age Concern will be outside their shop) 

Charity stalls with a gazebo will be distributed with the craft stalls.

We are having a food area. This is at the bottom of Leicester Street near where it joins Chequers Street.

There are 2 types of food / drink / catering stall, you will know which type you are from your invitation email. You cannot use a discount code for a food stall. We have limited the food stalls to ensure a good customer choice, without affecting your trade.

There are 2 zones. 

Zone 1 Leicester Street. Zone 2 Chequers Street. The stage and fair are in Leicester Street. We expect this area to be the busiest.

Craft stalls in zone 1 are slightly more cost than zone 2. 

If your general stall is larger than 3x3, please book 2 spaces.

Stalls in zone 1 will be arriving 1st.

We will be having 4 time slots to arrive, to avoid blockages and ensure a safe quick set up.

Craft stalls can choose which zone they want to be in, if you cannot arrive from 12pm / 1pm please only book zone 2.

If you do not book within the time indicated on your email, the access code will change and your space will be offered to someone else.
