AFC Fall Conference 2026 | A One-Day Event with Dr. Jennifer and Dr. Simon Floreani

2026 FALL SPEAKERS: Dr. Simon Floreani and Dr. Jennifer Barham-Floreani

Why Aren’t Patients Responding Like They Used To?

Healthcare is changing — and so are the patients walking through our doors.

Many chiropractors are finding that patients are presenting with increasingly complex health challenges and aren't always responding to care the way they once did. AFC Fall Conference 2026 brings together internationally respected chiropractors and educators Dr. Jennifer Barham-Floreani and Dr. Simon Floreani for a practical, hands-on day exploring why this may be happening and, more importantly, what you can do about it.

With decades of combined clinical experience, education, research, and leadership, Dr. Jennifer and Dr. Simon bring complementary perspectives to the changing landscape of family and nervous system health.

Dr. Jennifer Barham-Floreani is an award-winning chiropractor, best-selling author of Well Adjusted Babies, and founder of Well-Adjusted Pty. Her work has focused extensively on family health, holistic parenting, nutrigenomics, and mitochondrial health. Her experience working with infants, children, pregnancy, and families provides a unique perspective on how early development, nutrition, and neurological resilience can influence health across the lifespan.

Dr. Simon Floreani has more than 30 years of clinical experience and is recognised internationally as a skilled practitioner, educator, and mentor. A former President of the Chiropractors’ Association of Australia, Simon has taught and mentored hundreds of chiropractors and has developed deep clinical expertise in nervous system-focused care, including specialised approaches to presentations such as tinnitus and dizziness.

What You'll Explore

This full-day seminar will connect the changing health landscape with practical clinical strategies you can bring directly into your practice.

🧠 The Changing Nervous System
Explore why today's patients may be presenting differently and why traditional approaches don't always produce the same response. Gain a deeper understanding of the increasingly complex neurological presentations chiropractors are seeing.

🧬 Methylation & Neurological Resilience
Explore the relationship between methylation, neurological function, and resilience, and learn how these concepts may inform the way you support patients in everyday practice.

🙌 Hands-On Clinical Techniques
Expand your adjusting toolbox with practical, spine-focused techniques, including anterior approaches and areas that may be overlooked when assessing the nervous system.

👂 Dizziness, Tinnitus & Complex Presentations
Develop a broader clinical perspective on common and increasingly complex neurological presentations, including dizziness, tinnitus, oral restrictions, and other challenges patients may bring into your office.

👶 From Infancy to Adulthood
Learn how a nervous system-centered approach can be applied across the lifespan, with discussion around infant development, tongue ties and oral restrictions, pregnancy, children, and adult health.

💬 Answering the Questions Patients Are Asking
Build confidence when navigating conversations around tongue ties, infant development, pregnancy supplementation, neurological symptoms, and supporting nervous system health at different stages of life.
