Celebrate Cinco de Mayo early with a Taco Crawl in Downtown Glen Ellyn! 

For just $25, guests enjoy 5 different signature street tacos from a lineup of 13 restaurants, each serving a taco inspired by their own culinary style including American, Asian, Irish, Italian, BBQ, Mexican, and even a dessert taco crafted with a waffle‑cone shell and gelato and more.

When you arrive at the restaurant you selected as your starting point, they’ll have your name on their registration list. You’ll be given a lanyard, a map, and 5 Taco Tickets to kick off your crawl.

It’s a Downtown Taco Takeover and the perfect day of tasting, strolling, sipping, and savoring the best of Glen Ellyn’s dining scene. Along the way, enjoy festive décor, and fun photo ops that bring the Cinco de Mayo spirit to life.

Restaurants will also offer specialty drinks and sides for purchase; everything from margaritas & Pacifico to street corn & nachos.

And you get to help crown the champions. Admission includes a voting code so you can cast your votes for:

• Best Taco
• Most Unique Taco
• Best Side Pairing
• Best Drink Pairing
• The Taco You Didn’t Know You Needed

Bring your friends, bring your appetite, and bring your festive energy. Everyone is welcome at this delicious Downtown celebration.

Here are details for the afternoon:

• Admission is $25 per person which includes 5 Taco Tickets, lanyard, program/map, photo ops, and additional entertainment!
• Choose which location to start when purchasing your ticket. This restaurant will have your name on their registration list to give you a lanyard and Taco Tickets.
• Check in at your first restaurant (identified on your ticket) any time after 1pm. The rest of the afternoon is up to you!
• This is an all-ages event.
• Tickets must be purchased on-line prior to the event. There are no refunds.
• Tickets will not be sold the night of the event.
• Deadline for ticket sales: Thursday, April 30th at midnight
