Location: Registration/starting location is at Park & Oak, 499 Pennsylvania, Ave. The ending location is at Maplewood Brewery, 486 Pennsylvania Ave.

Murder at The Glen Lotus

Step into the world of Glen Ellyn's most exclusive wellness retreat, where the guests are rich, the staff are smiling, and everyone has something to hide.

One of the guests is found dead and the police need your help. Become a detective for the evening — move through downtown Glen Ellyn, walk into shops where suspects are waiting, and decide for yourself if they're lying to your face.

Old grudges. New secrets. Way too much money. The guests aren't as innocent as they look — and what about the staff?

Interview the suspects, examine the physical clues, and piece together what really happened. End your night around the murder board and help the Lead Detective crack the case.

THE DETAILS

- How the Experience Works. Your group's detective guide will lead you from location to location through downtown Glen Ellyn. At each stop, you'll encounter actors from Westside Improv who will share part of the unfolding story and provide clues. Whether you want to dive deep into the investigation or sit back and enjoy the ride, you can choose how involved you get. The evening concludes in Maplewood Brewery's private room, transformed into a detective's office, where you'll piece together the evidence and discover who the killer is.

- Group Assignments. Guests will be placed into groups of up to twelve, each led by a detective guide who will take you through the evening's investigation. If you wish to be with friends, please select the same start time when purchasing tickets. If an issue arises, email us and we will do our best to assist.

-Tickets are $55 per person. Upon registration, you will receive all materials needed for the evening. A confirmation email will be sent the week prior to the event.

- Check-in and Registration. Registration will take place at Park & Oak, 499 Pennsylvania Ave., Glen Ellyn, IL 60137. Once the experience begins, there will be no late admittance. All sales are final, and refunds will not be issued to patrons who miss the experience due to arriving late. We recommend building in additional travel time to ensure a prompt arrival. The evening will conclude at Maplewood Brewery, 486 Pennsylvania Ave.

- Arrival & Check-In. Check-in begins 20 minutes prior to your start time. Park & Oak will offer light bites from Marché along with a cash bar. Several locations throughout the experience will offer complimentary wine, beer, or soda. Alcoholic beverages are to remain inside the stores and cannot be brought on to the sidewalks. Please bring a valid state ID and your ticket confirmation. This is a 21+ event.

- Walking Route. This is a walking event covering just over three downtown blocks, with some back-and-forth between locations. All storefronts are ADA accessible. Comfortable shoes are encouraged.

- Before or After the Event. Enjoy dinner and specials at Maplewood Brewery to start or end your evening.

- Ticketing. Tickets are non-refundable. Our ticketing service is Ticket Tailor, which processes payments through PayPal; your credit card statement may list either name.
