If a ticket holder needs to cancel for any reason, tickets will be refunded less a 5% service charge up to 90 days prior to the event. Between 90 days of the event and 30 days, we will transfer your ticket to a future All-Star event. Please note that future ticket prices may increase and you will be required to make up the difference if any. Cancellations 30 days or less from the event date will forfeit the ticket and will not be refunded.

AGD PACE CE ELIGIBLE:

Earn up to 7 hours of AGD PACE Practice Management (Code 550) CE hours at this event. Sign in sheets will be available each day and to earn full credits, you must sign in on both days.
