Description
Do you have any idea how hard it is to get from purgatory back to earth? It’s extremely difficult, I’ll tell you that for free.’
Amina, a young woman recently deceased and turned into a ghost, somehow find herself trapped in her old apartment with Freyja, who’s depressed tears start to extinguish Amina’s fiery nature. However, the seemingly incompatible characters start to reignite traits they both thought were long lost within themselves.
Forward is a story about friendship, losing someone and losing yourself and the joys of being alive.
Written and directed by Marley Starkey-Joyner Forward was first performed as part of Bath’s Sparkfest Theatre Festival. Forward arrives for its Bristol and Weston Super-mare debut alongside Starkey-Joyner’s directorial debut.
