Until I Met Maggie

This heartbreaking new play follows Maggie and Johnny as they come to terms with the effects of early onset dementia. Flatmates for four years, and in the midst of youth, the foundation of their life is shaken to the core when Maggie develops frontotemporal dementia.  their relationship grows in ways previously unimaginable, as she reveals remembered snippets from her past and Johnny does his best to help her through her illness.

Written and directed by Chloe Foustoul, this new play will take you through the throws of friendship amongst the debilitating illness. Produced and facilitated by UWE Drama Society who are taking the show up to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival this August. This will be the society's 23rd year at the festival.
