“I like murder. I’ve committed thousands”

A taut, psychological thriller, re-imagining the final days in the life of the renowned master crime novelist of The Talented Mr. Ripley, Strangers on a Train and Carol.

Patricia Highsmith, queen of the thriller, aging and ailing hides away in her study in the Swiss Alps, surrounded by her books and an arsenal of antique weaponry, finding solace in her seclusion, her cats and her cigarettes.

Sent by her New York publisher, Edward Ridgeway appears in an attempt to persuade Highsmith to write one final instalment of her best-selling series featuring the master manipulator, Tom Ripley.

As day breaks on the snow covered mountains, it becomes clear that the charming young stranger in her home is set on a far more sinister mission.
