Toby's Comedy Club has quickly become one of Bristol's exciting independent comedy nights, bringing together outstanding comedians from across the UK for unforgettable evenings of live entertainment.

Each show features a carefully curated line-up of professional comedians, from rising stars to experienced acts seen at comedy clubs and festivals nationwide.

Hosted by Toby, every performance offers a unique mix of sharp observations, hilarious storytelling, crowd interaction and unexpected moments that keep audiences laughing throughout the night.

Our aim is simple: create a welcoming comedy night where everyone can relax, enjoy great live performances and discover fantastic comedians in an intimate venue. No two shows are ever the same, with fresh line-ups and new material at every event.

The Alma Theatre has been serving the community for 29 years and has never been the recipient of ACE or any other funding. We offer reduced rates, preferential box office splits and extended promo support to assist all visiting companies. Your help will enable us to continue bringing fantastic stories to your local theatre, develop the programme, maintain the venue and create work in house. 2/3rds of your donation will go to the Alma Theatre, and 1/3 to our inhouse company, Schoolhouse Productions.
