As Teenage Lads evolve and grow, or decay and rot in the ecology of our secondary schools this unique one person show is an explosive theatrical interplay covering a young teacher's first year of in the job.

From Popcorn Lungs to Sagging...'The Teacher' embodies encounters with students, exchanges with colleagues and collisions with parents that builds to a moment that stops their career in its tracks.

This is a special rehearsed reading of a new play by Brandon Robinson-Connolly and Joe Flynn. Tickets start at £7 but if you are in a position to contribute more to the future development of the work please consider one of the higher ticket price bands.

All tickets include a £1 admin charge

All purchases for show at the Alma now have a suggested donation to the theatre and inhouse company of £3.00

The Alma Theatre has been serving the community for 29 years and has never been the recipient of ACE or any other funding.
