Join the actor, musician and performer Edward Derbyshire for a lighter-hearted look at a medical journey into the bizarre, often comic world of the cancer patient, with anecdotes, cameos, live music, and never, ever anything too serious. From the first inklings that perhaps something was not quite right, through the various subsequent and often amusing events that finally established what that something might be, and meeting medics, friends and strangers on the way. You’d be surprised how funny the process can be! 

Determined not to be browbeaten by the ‘C’ word, Edward takes a wry look at how as a society and individuals we look at the concept and
treatment of life-limiting diseases. Never navel-gazing, and accompanied by music (in the key of C!), prepare to laugh at the lighter side of life.
