Shiver me Timbers! Ghost Stories Through the Ages

8pm Thursday - One Night Only!

Join experienced actor-musician Edward Derbyshire for a cosy, intimate fireside retelling of scary and haunting stories throughout the ages.

From the chain-rattling encounter by the Roman Athenodorus, to the Painted Skin of Pu Songling, the ghost of Hamlet’s father, the wanderings of Tudor spirits and beyond. Spanning a range of styles and cultures, and seated within your midst, Edward will evoke the strange atmospheres we often feel are there and just out of reach: or are they?

In intensely ambient surroundings, and accompanied by live, spooky music, will you dare to surrender yourselves to the supernatural?

Edward Derbyshire returns to the Alma stage with this brand new show full of chills for a dark January evening! Don't miss it.
