Identity: A New Writing Night
5.30pm Sunday
Join Uncaged Theatre in: Identity: A New Writing Night.
After the success of our debut work-in-progress night in 2022, we are back supporting 4 pieces from early careers creatives in the South West!
Enjoy a captivating preview of: Obsession (India Rodgers); Click, Tag, Share and Follow (Simon Allison); Plaything (Hannah Crouch); and Burnt (Noah Robinson).
Obsession: Darcy finds herself, not for the first time, in a YouTube hole. She consumes information with an insatiable appetite. No topic is off limits.
Click,Tag, Share and Follow: For college slacker Zak Winstanley Facebook is where he connects with the outside world. Zak must contend with a succession of virtual visitors.
Plaything: Nina wakes up in a strange room with a strange man, with no clue to her identity, origin, or how she came to be there.
Burnt: A daughter and grand-daughter struggle to light a candle for her 21st birthday. Solitary. Until a stranger, or not, arrives at their door.
All tickets include a £1 booking fee
Approx running time 1 hour (no interval)
