Roccaverano: Between the Alps and the Sea

A guided cycling tour from Cortemilia through hazelnut groves, woodland and quiet stone villages. We’ll climb towards Serole and follow panoramic ridge roads to Roccaverano, with sweeping views over the Langhe hills and, on clear days, the Alps and the unmistakable silhouette of Monviso.

Discover Roccaverano’s historic square and medieval tower, in the heart of the region famous for its PDO goat’s cheese. Our return takes us along scenic ridges towards San Giorgio Scarampi before descending to Cortemilia.

We also plan to visit the church of San Giovanni Battista to admire its magnificent late Gothic frescoes.
