Continuity of Care Campaign

At Alternative.Minds, we have witnessed how meaningful change often requires more than a single conversation, workshop or intervention. Healing, growth and transformation are most sustainable when people are able to access care consistently and within relationships that can hold them over time.

The Continuity of Care Campaign was created to support individuals, couples, families and caregivers who may benefit from therapeutic, educational or community-based support but face barriers in accessing ongoing care.

Your contribution helps us sustain subsidised services, community programmes, psychoeducational workshops, support groups and other initiatives that strengthen relational well-being within our communities.

Every contribution, regardless of amount, becomes part of a wider circle of care — helping ensure that support remains accessible, responsive and available when it is most needed.
