Using practical exercises and guided meditations, this workshop will help you to find, articulate, and recreate your life narrative, empowering you to claim the role of the hero or heroine of your own life.

Gahl will use prompts such as: 

What kind of a protagonist are you? 

If you were a superhero, what would be your superpowers, your symbol, your kryptonite? 

Who is your antagonist and agent of change? 

to make this workshop into a map for finding your mission statement.
