Dreams of Awakening: Book Launch and Talk with Charlie Morley

To celebrate the launch of the 10 year anniversary 2nd edition of Dreams of Awakening, bestselling Hay House author Charlie Morley returns to Alternatives for a deep dive into lucid dreaming, consciousness and Tibetan Dream Yoga!

In 2013, Alternatives hosted Charlie’s first ever book launch and now over 10 years later he’s back with a fully updated version of the book and a brand new talk.

Based on over 25 years of practice Charlie’s talk will explore the new scientific research on lucid dreaming, alongside breakthroughs such as using lucid dreaming to treat depression, PTSD and nightmares, as well as how lucid dreaming can be used to heal both inner child wounds and grief.
