Effortless mindfulness is an advanced, yet simple way of making small shifts of awareness―or mindful glimpses―in the midst of your day, to access clarity, compassion and a capacity to be with whatever arises. In this workshop with Loch, you will learn simple and effective micro-meditations based in the embodied nondual wisdom traditions, Internal Family Systems psychotherapy and supported by neuroscience research.
