Proof of Concept: Horse-Led Learning Taster Sessions Exclusively by Altezza People UK

These sessions are designed to demonstrate the additional value equine-assisted learning brings to Altezza’s signature programmes, by making learning visible, measurable and transferable.

Participants are invited to take part in, or observe, embodied learning activities that focus on connection, intention and communication with the Altezza Herd. Participation is always by invitation — our horses are never forced to engage, providing authentic, real-time feedback.

As part of the experience, we will share how Altezza measures learning impact beyond attendance and feedback. Participants will be introduced to our approach to how we measure learning outputs, and how these translate into a robust Return of Investment (ROI).

Your experience is designed so that you may:

1. Notice how presence, intention and emotional state affect outcomes in real time
2. Gain insight into personal leadership or communication habits
3. Identify at least one behaviour to change, reinforce or test back at work
4. Assess whether horse-led learning is a credible, measurable addition to their learning strategy
