Join me for an intimate evening of contemporary West African flavour, storytelling and good company at The Loft Studios.

Food carries memory. Through four thoughtfully created courses, I’ll share the flavours, traditions and stories that inspire Amai’kiye ‘Remember Home’. Expect an elevated dining experience with a warm welcome, music, lively conversation and plenty of joy around the table.

The evening begins with a refreshing, non-alcoholic Zobo Spritz, followed by an amuse-bouche, starter, your chosen main course and dessert. For those choosing the wine pairing, selected wines will accompany the meal.

Choose your menu when booking

• Meat: Fire-Roasted Poussin with Sunfire pepper sauce, crispy yam pavé and smoked chicken jus.
• Pescatarian: Fire-Roasted Fillet of Red Snapper with Sunfire pepper sauce, crispy yam pavé and smoked fish velouté.
• Vegan: Honey Bean & Plantain Croquettes with Sunfire pepper sauce, crispy yam pavé and Sunshine velouté.

The starter is vegan, with vegan alternatives available for the amuse-bouche and dessert. Please select your menu and share any allergies or dietary requirements when booking so I can prepare for your visit with us.

£125 per person  (the dining experience with wine pairing)
