🍽️ Curated Culinary Experience

Indulge in a specially curated brunch menu crafted exclusively by Chef Florent (Mahdi) Fabulas.

Florent (Mahdi) is a trained chef who started his culinary experience at home with a very skilled mother, a fin gourmet father and a passionate chef as a brother. He started culinary school at aged 14 and then moved to England to work at the Connaught Hotel in Mayfair after which he worked his way up the industry. Now with over 21 years of experience in the restaurant business and having worked with some of the best in the restaurant industry such as Michel Bourdin, Gordon Ramsey, Angela Hartnett, Pascal Aussignac, he has opened up his own place in the heart of Brick Lane.

🍳 Lamb Bènèdicte: toasted muffin, slow cooked crispy lamb shank croquette, rocket salad, crispy onion rings, poached egg, chive hollandaise and chimichurri

🥞 Full Yankee Pancake: Nashville style fried chicken on buttermilk pancake, sausage, rasher, crispy mushroom, cheesy spinach croquette, spicy baked beans and roasted cherry tomatoes

🍓 French Toast: Whipped coconut mousse, glazed apricot, strawberry gel, summer berries compote and vanilla ice-cream
