🌳 Hike with Amaliah 🌳

Join us for a breathtaking coastal hike offering panoramic views of the dramatic white cliffs. This circular walk will take you from Seaford, past Hope Gap and Cuckmere Haven River. Whether you're an avid hiker or simply seeking a refreshing escape into nature, this hike is perfect for everyone. Feel free to come solo or bring along friends for a fun day out.

Meeting Location: 10.30am, outside Seaford train station, Seaford, BN25 2AR, United Kingdom

Date: Sunday 25th August 2024

Time: 10:30am to 4:00pm (we will be departing promptly from the station at 11:00am)

What to Bring/Wear:

• Hiking boots with ankle support (optional)
• Hiking sticks (optional)
• Packed lunch
• Water
• Snacks 
• Waterproof jacket (check the weather beforehand!)
• Something to pray on

About your guide

Noreen is a trained walk leader and works in Community Engagement at Epping Forest Heritage Trust. She’s a co-founder of Muslim Women Connect and loves taking groups out for hikes.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Ages 16+ only
• Start and end point: We will be departing promptly at 11:00am and unfortunately, we won't be able to wait for any latecomers. We'll start and end at Seaford station (you will be responsible for your own travel arrangements to and from Seaford Station)
• Hiking time: 2.5 hours of walking
• Distance: 10km
• Grading: Intermediate 
• End Time: We will be done by 4pm, but we recommend buying an open return if travelling by train. We will be returning to the same station.
• Car parking: There is a station car park you can use if you are driving.
• Trains: Please note there is a reduced train service on the weekend so plan your travels ahead of time.
• If you have any health conditions or injuries, please let us know prior to the event via email and consult a medical professional before signing up.

Disclaimer and Refund Policy

Please note that by signing up for this event, you will be added to a mailing list for communications about the event as well as upcoming events and the latest with Amaliah. In addition, there will be a photographer/videographer on the day capturing moments during the hike to be shared across our social media platforms, so please let us know before the start of the event if you would not like to be photographed.

Refunds can only be issued if tickets are cancelled at least 7 days before the date of the event - if you cancel on the day of the event or are late to your slot, you will not be entitled to a refund.
