Joke Craft Plus

Pre-requisites for this course: You must have taken the previous Joke Craft Into courses. You must also have 200 jokes.

Course Description: 

Amanda Baker and Abi Grant lead this 6-week course. 

With the foundation of joke types you have, how do you build on your jokes?

Components, the building blocks of your joke, will tell you what you’re missing, where to press and what to push and how far you can go (which is as far as you want).

Set-ups, developments and punchlines are just the beginning. You’ll get bigger, longer and more expansive laughs on your set-ups, developments and punchlines once you know what components are and how to use them.

This is our deep dive course capitalizing on the joke course before you move to routines via compound jokes and long-form jokes.

We’ll separate the comedians from the hacks.
