Initiate the masculine

Because after I was exposed to the way of tantra, I was worried that there were no men to meet me.

Even worse, I noticed that men found me intimidating.

Instead of asking me out, they seemed to be too scared to approach me. And that triggered my own insecurities still further.

I started to get thoughts that I was "too much". (How many of us have grown up under the shadow of that "I'm too much" shame?)

But all that changed when I learned how to initiate the masculine.

I remember one of my teachers taking me aside and telling me...

"Arja, tantra is a path of the feminine. Women are born to be initiatresses. And it's your gift to a man to initiate him."

This felt so deeply empowering!

After I discovered the role of the Initiatress, I saw myself as part of a long tradition, a guardian of sacred knowledge.

Instead of expecting so much from men, I initiated them into the deep beautiful intimate practices I had learned.

And this journey has given me the most mind-blowing connecting experiences!

So many times I've been down on my knees with tears in my eyes and my hands in prayer, thanking god for the incredible experience of loving, and being loved!

Who is this for?

This event is for experienced women who want to claim the depth of their own connection to divine feminine source.

Some experience with personal development or tantra is a pre-requisite to joining this training.

We’re Arja & Amanda, the devotees behind Temple of Radiance.
We’re totally over the modern-day spiritual community putting Tantra out of context, and dismissing the profound spiritual essence and sacredness these teachings hold.

We couldn’t find any tantra training out there that combines a deepening in tantrik knowledge with a profound transformation of your own Embodiment so that you are a living example of what you teach; that’s why we had to create it.

Both of us used to feel insecure in our bodies, held ourselves back in intimacy, and were left wondering, "Is this is is all there is?"

Until we discovered the wisdom of Tantra, which made our eyes tear up and our hearts jump for joy as we realized the depth of intimate connection we really desired was possible for us too

Removing all our shame, shifting our values and stepping away from the norm to trust in our deeper intuition and power of the feminine wasn’t easy, but oh so worth it, to live a life we deeply love.

Because the teachings profoundly impacted our lives, we started to pass them on to others, and the success of it has literally brought us to our knees.

To support other women to feel empowered we created Temple of Radiance - The Institute for Feminine Leaders - here to cultivate a global community of Tantrik women that supports leaders in bringing the healing transformative power of the female back into everyday society.

Arja Hendrikx
After I released all my own shame and insecurities about my body and the many levels of intimate connection, I found increadible freedom in myself as a woman.

Now it's my life's mission to support other women finding that same confidence within themselves and spread the magic of these teachings, and I can't wait to welcome YOU!

You may have seen me facilitating workshops or temples at some of the biggest Tantra festivals around the world. Over the years, I’ve poured my heart and soul into creating transformative tantra trainings, and I’ve lost count of the number of workshops hosted where participants walk out saying: “this was so deep, so practical, and so incredibly sacred, it completely shifted my intimate life; THANK YOU!"

My passion lies in curating experiences that are deeply sacred, profoundly connecting, and vibrantly alive. Each space I create is rooted in the timeless Tantrik teachings of the Radiance Sutras—a collection of Tantrik wisdom that reveals the sacred teachings between body and spirit.

Drawing from years of practice, study, and devotion, I weave the essence of these sutras into every experience, creating spaces where you can journey inward, awaken your spirit, and connect deeply with yourself and others. The Radiance Sutras inspire me to bring the sacred into the everyday, turning each gathering into a living celebration of life, love, and luminous connection.

To me these gatherings are so more than just events or retreats: they’re gateways to deeper embodiment, radical self-love, and genuine community connection.

Amanda Biccum
I was disconnected from my power as a woman for too long! Having never been taught how to connect in a healthy way to my body and my desires, I found myself often unsatisfied and disconnected during "romantic connection" (even with partners I had been with for years).

As I began to progress down my spiritual path as a yoga teacher and eventually went out to travel the world in order to deepen my spiritual practice I found that many of the religions/esoteric arts I studied often neglected the essential aspect of our most fundamental desires, until the day I discovered Tantra.

Instantly Tantra was a true homecoming for me, a place where I finally felt my spiritual and sensual essence could become one.

I couldn't be more excited to team up with Arja and bring you some of the deep embodied wisdom we carry along with some of the ancient spiritual practices of Tantra to you.

The venue

Set in lush tropical gardens overlooking the ocean, the land has welcomed many people before you gathering in retreat, prayer, ritual, and ceremony to listen deeply to their hearts, bodies, and souls.

During breaks you are invited to soak in the sun by the pool or discover a hidden corner of the garden to meditate, rest, and be with Spirit.

Food

We work closely with the retreat venue to curate a menu that supports your journey.

Most of the food served is organic and/or locally sourced, and includes different options from vegetarian & vegan to probiotic chicken and gluten-free options.

If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your needs with care.

Every day includes an opening dinner, brunch and dinner on the full training days, and a closing brunch on the final day.

The Rooms
