“Leading the Change with Lara Briden, ND and Amanda Roe, ND” is a women’s health event taking place on Sunday, August 31, 2025, at 2 PM at the Waikanae Surf Life Saving Club in Gisborne/Tairāwhiti.

This session marks Lara Briden’s first visit to Tairāwhiti, where she joins forces with local women's health  practitioner Amanda Roe. Together, they’ll lead an empowering dialogue on menstrual health, hormone balance, and practical strategies to support women through every life stage .  We'll have an in-depth discussion on: 

• Health benefits of ovulatory menstrual cycles
• Exploring “ovulation-friendly” contraception
• Clarity around pelvic pain
• Troubleshooting irregular periods
• Examining the narrative: Is menopause a deficiency or an accident of living too long?
