Churches Football Festival

Location: Harper Adams University, Shropshire
Competition: Men's 11-a-side

Now celebrating 30 years, the biggest change for 2026 is our new name, as we move from the National Christian Football Festival (NCFF) to the Churches Football Festival (CFF). 

Why the change? The aim of the festival is to serve churches, and we wanted a name that welcomes churches from across the UK. Ambassadors also serves in other contries in Europe, and we may look to invite additional team(s) to come join us for the weekend. 

The CFF brings together men’s church teams from across the UK for a weekend of football, fellowship, and faith.

Whether your church has a regular team (Category A) or you’re forming one just for the weekend (Category B), you’re invited to join us for an unforgettable experience!

The aims of the festival are to provide an opportunity for people to hear the Gospel, encourage fellowship and provide a quality tournament to support your church's outreach.

Entry Information

Your team’s place is confirmed once the Team Entry Fee is paid. Early entry is encouraged to secure your spot and benefit from discounted rates!

Team Entry Fee: £100 per team (paid before 1st February) / £120 after
Player Fee: £20 per player (due by 1st June) 

Number of players can be amended after your initial booking.

Example:
1 team (15 players) entered before 1st February → £100 + £300 = £400 total
2 teams (26 players) entered after 1st February → £240 + £520 =£760 total

We run our tournaments as non-profit, so charge a £1.50 booking fee per team to cover cost of online payments. If you pay via bank transfer, you can remove the booking fee.

Accommodation

Stay right on campus at Harper Adams University, just a short walk from the pitches.

Options include: PRICES NOT CONFIMRED FOR 2026, below are 2025 prices as reference.
Bed & Breakfast: £50.40 per person, per night
Dinner, Bed & Breakfast: £69.00 per person, per night

Accommodation can be booked directly with the university (details provided closer to the event).

We host a quiz on the Saturday night at the university bar for your team to join.

You’re also welcome to arrange your own accommodation if preferred.
