 Soltar Ecstatic Dance Orlando is a welcoming, inclusive & expressive space. All "races" (is that even a real thing?) body types, and genders welcome. 

Our intention for this gathering is JOY FREQUENCY - be silly, joyful, awesome, and unified - the way we ought to be all the time.

Jenergy's intention for this experience is simple - she had her spiritual awakening here in Orlando while attending UCF; So shes going to play a dreamy set for us featuring her favorite music of that time.

We begin the evening with Primal Play — a sacred silliness movement journey to awaken the body, unlock play, and reconnect you with your instinctual aliveness.

Blending animal flow–inspired movement, mobility, floor play, and free-form expression, this warm-up helps you shake off inhibition, open the body, and drop into deeper freedom and embodiment.

Expect playful movement, grounding, exploration, and a beautiful bridge into the ecstatic dance journey ahead.
