'WHAT CAN BE SEEN IN THE NIGHT SKY' with Barry Astronomical Society

As we head towards National Astronomy Week, we are delighted to be welcoming Barry Astronomical Society to the Farm for an evening of observing the night sky.

The event will consist of a talk about the night sky and what we can expect to see, followed by the chance to take a look at the sky above us. You will NOT need a telescope, binoculars are beneficial but not necessary and there will be lots of opportunities to ask questions.

Please arrive at 6:50pm for a 7pm start.

A few points to note:

• Please dress appropriately for the weather.
• The outdoor section of the session will be weather dependent: it must be dry and clear for you to be able to see the moon.
• If the weather is not suitable for going outside, the talk will still be going ahead inside and the event will NOT be cancelled.
