Yoga and Forest Bathing for Children with Wild Paws Yoga

Spend some time away from screens this Easter holiday and join Wild Paws Yoga for a children's yoga class followed by forest bathing in our beautiful woodland.

After a gentle and fun yoga class, Jess will take children into the woodland for a forest bathing session. Children are welcome to bring a bottle of water and piece of fruit to enjoy between the two activities.

What is Forest Bathing?

Don't worry, there's no swimming involved! Forest bathing is a Japanese practice of relaxation that involves being calm and quiet among trees, and observing the nature around you. Forest Bathing can help adults and children de-stress, and boost their wellbeing.

We are delighted to be offering these sessions as part of our Wellbeing Week at the Farm. Bring wellies and waterproofs, and explore our countryside sanctuary. Say hello to our animals, run in the fields, explore the park and have adventures in the woodland.

Please note:
Children must be accompanied by an adult for the forest bathing. Adults will not need a ticket for Yoga and Forest Bathing but everyone visiting the Farm will need an entrance ticket.
