Description
Teddy Bear's Picnic
Celebrate the start of the summer holidays with a Teddy Bear's Picnic at Amelia Trust!
Join us on Monday 25th July for a special event day that's perfect for a family adventure - and make sure you bring your teddy bear!
While you wander around our Care Farm and enjoy exploring the woodland, you can enjoy a free tractor ride, free face painting, and have a go at our lawn games! Children can take their teddy bear for a health check with our Teddy Nurse, and receive a little award for looking after their teddies. Don't forget to say hello to the animals and give our new woodland trail a go. You'll be able to play in the park, run free on the Cross Field, and enjoy the fresh air.
Bring a picnic and settle down at a picnic bench in the woods or on the open field, and enjoy a leisurely lunch. Or, pop to the café to grab a light bite or snack.
If you go down to the woods today, you're sure of a big surprise.
If you go down to the woods today, you better go in disguise
For every bear that ever there was, will gather there for certain because,
Today's the day the teddy bears have their picnic!
