Fantastic Ferrets

Our Fantastic Ferrets activity is for children between 6 - 10 years old!

Peanut, Butter, Lincoln, and Pink, are our gorgeous ferrets. With their cute little faces and cheeky personalities, it's easy to see why they are so popular with our visitors! In this 30 minute activity, children will be able to smooth, play, and cuddle our lovely ferrets. Find out what they eat, how they play, what keeps them entertained, and what it takes to look after them.

A member of our Animal Care Team will lead the session and children will be able to smooth, hold, and play with our ferrets. Ask as many questions as you like and take some photos to remember your day! 

Fantastic Ferrets is a good activity for children who love animals, and a great introduction to ferrets for anyone thinking of keeping them as a pet. 

Please head to the Small Animal Centre for 11am ready for this activity.

Please note: Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

For the safety of our animals and visitors, tickets are very limited and will be booked on a first come, first served basis, so make sure you're quick!

A voluntary donation of 10% on top of the ticket price will help with our work in supporting young people and maintaining the Farm as a countryside sanctuary. If you are a UK taxpayer, when you donate at least 10%, the whole admission ticket purchase is eligible for Gift Aid, meaning we can claim an extra 25% on the entire transaction and you will be contributing more to our work at no additional cost to you. To enable us to claim the gift aid you will need to complete the Gift Aid Declaration check box on the checkout page.

By ticking the gift aid box at the checkout you are confirming that you would like us to treat your payment as a Gift Aid donation. You confirm that you are a UK taxpayer and confirm that you have paid or will pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax that is at least equal to the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all of your donations (to all charities or Community Amateur Sports Clubs) in that tax year. You understand that if you do not pay enough tax, it is your responsibility to pay any difference. You acknowledge that these Gift Aided tickets are for yourself or members of your family.
