Cancellation & Refund Policies

AFCC hopes everyone who registers for the conference will be able to attend; however, AFCC knows extenuating circumstances do occur. The AFCC Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows:

Conference Refund and Cancellation Policy

• The AFCC Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency and is applicable to the AFCC 2022 Fall Conference.
• Written cancellations received beginning July 12, 2022 will be processed minus a $150 administration fee.
• Written cancellations received between September 1 and September 30, 2022 will be refunded at 50% of the registration fee amount.
• NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellation requests on or after October 1, 2022.
• NO REFUNDS will be issued for No Show attendees including cancellations due to weather.

Attendee registrations may be transferred to another individual within the organization. Submit requests to admin@americanfaircreditcouncil.org
