Annual Meeting, Tulsa, OK, October 7-10, 2026
INFORMATION FOR BOOK VENDORS
The American Society for Ethnohistory (ASE) 2026 Annual Meeting will be held at the Arvest Convention Center in Tulsa, OK, October 7-10, 2026. We invite book vendors to reserve a spot in our book exhibit space at the conference. You are also welcome to purchase ads in this year’s conference program. Exhibition Space: The book room will be in the Legacy Room at the Arvest Convention Center. The price for one 8-foot table is $300, and includes a tablecloth and skirting, two chairs, wi-fi, and conference registration. Each additional table is $150. Please note that electrical outlets are subject to availability and first come, first served; we recommend bringing an extension cord. The deadline for reserving exhibition space is August 1, 2026. Advertising in Program: The rate for a full-page ad in the conference program is $350; a half-page ad is $200. All ads will be printed in black and white. Advertising files should be camera-ready, high-resolution (300 dpi or higher) in PDF or JPEG formats. The physical program will be 11” x 8.5” portrait layout, so full-page ads should be formatted for an 8 ½ by 11-inch page and half-page ads should be formatted for a 4 x 5 ½-inch space. The deadline for receiving advertising materials is August 1, 2026. Please send all ads as an email attachment to Robbie Ethridge at rethridg@olemiss.edu.
Exhibition Hours: The exhibit space will be open:
Wednesday, October 7, 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm (for set-up only)
Thursday, October 8, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Friday, October 9. 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday, October 10, 8:00 am - noon
The exhibit space will be locked and secured at the closing of each day and reopened the following morning at 7:30 am.
Special Events: Any exhibitors who would like to host a special event, please contact Robbie Ethridge, rethridg@olemiss.edu, 662-816-6369. The deadline for special event requests is August 1, 2026.

Note that all materials will only be accepted three business days prior to the meetings (no earlier than October 2, 2026). Please be sure to clearly label all boxes with the name of your press and the number of boxes.
