Samhain Celebration

The event will be 6-8pm with lingering at the fire until 9. Participants can arrive as early as 5.

Join us for an evening to honor our ancestors and to celebrate our connection with nature. Samhain is a time to hit pause and to remember the lives that have come before us, share a meaningful ceremony to respect loved ones who’ve crossed over and to tune into the mystical and cyclical power of Mother Earth.

Date: Saturday, October 29, 2022

Location: Amethyst Retreat Center (44 Buffalo Creek Road, Duncannon PA 17020)

Participants can arrive as early as 5pm. Participants will meet at the Fire. As the event begins, we will proceed thru the entire event in silence, other than speakers. We will leave the fire and head to the labyrinth to begin the event. We will be walking into the night, down the path into the woods. There will be 5-6 speakers along our walk, each offering a 10-15 minute message of Transformation. The final destination is the return to the fire, where the last speaker will present. Participants are encouraged to bring a picture of their ancestors or other item representing their blood line. These items will return with the owner, they aren’t kept.

Ancestral costumes are encouraged: Represent your ancestors or your truest nature through your costume. No masks please as we will be walking in the woods. Take care to wear costumes that you can walk in, and be sure to notice if long cloaks will become trip hazards.

Please Bring:

• A picture of an ancestor or passed-on loved one, or another item representing your bloodline
• Sensible shoes for walking in the forest
• A refillable water bottle
• A light source such as a flashlight, battery operated candle or a lantern

Note: Absolutely no drugs or alcohol. 

Cancellation/Refund Policy: All tickets for this event are non-refundable. You may transfer your ticket to another guest, but you must inform us at amethystretreatcenter@gmail.com of who will be taking your place, and the new guest must have the electronic ticket you originally received.
