Amicus Law Summer Social 5km run series

Join us for the Amicus Law Summer Social 5km run series. This is a great chance to meet after work for a social run and chat, followed by some well earned refreshments in the pub. You can join one, or all four, of the runs on Wednesday 20th May, Thursday 25th June, Thursday 30th July and Thursday 27th August. The runs will start at the Exeter Office of Amicus Law and take in a circular route along the Quay - see map.

Kevin Harding of Kevin Harding Mediation, who is a Run Leader with England Athletics, will help facilitate the runs and ensure everyone has fun whilst staying safe. For those more speedy, you will have the opportunity to loop back but the aim is to run together as much as possible and make some new business connections. More details of the event and what to bring below:

• Dates: 20th May, 25th June, 30th July and 27th August
• Start time: Gather from 5.30 pm and run 5.45pm
• Start / Finish: Amicus Law, Boulevard House, 17 Southernhay W, Exeter EX1 1PJ
• Route: Flat 5km run - see map
• Pace: Social chatting pace - circular route will allow groups of different pace to regroup.
• Bags / personal belongings: Can be left at the Amicus Law office
• Kit: Appropriate running shoes and attire - small water bottle (optional)
• Refreshments: Post run drinks will be provided at the Holt on Cathedral Green
