On behalf of Aminah Active, we're super excited to invite you to our 'Soulful Sisterhood' retreat in the gorgeous Lake District, as part of our sisters' retreat series 🤩

❓What? The retreat is intended as an opportunity for women to step away from the daily hustle and retreat to the peace of nature, while connecting with like-minded sisters, in the serene and beautiful landscape of the English lakes. Art therapy, mindful movement, healthy eating and intentional living remains our focus, as we return to this ever popular venue for a third time!
📍Where? Coniston Water in the Lake District.
⏰ When? Monday 20th - Friday 24th July, 2026.
👭 Who: There are a limited number of spaces (!) so early application will be in your favour. The rooms are all en-suite and shared with 3 other sisters (at the most). We will, of course, try our best to accommodate for friends/family preference.

🌿 What’s included?
✔️ Accommodation - 4 nights in luxurious, shared, en-suite rooms
✔️ Delicious & Healthy Meals - 10 home-cooked meals (all meals while on-site, except one lunch)
✔️ Scenic walks – Explore the stunning landscape of the Lake District with dhikr walks to the lake-shore and exploration walks to the local village; including a visit to the tourist information visitor centre & shop
✔️ Water sports - if your application is successful, you will choose which water-sports you would like to try out during your stay (not obligatory)
✔️ Open lake swim - experience this one-in a lifetime opportunity of trying out open lake swim in one of the most scenic locations in the UK (optional). Safe & secluded space is provided for this purpose.
✔️ Outdoor Sauna - on site sisters' sauna in true Scandinavian style
✔️ Holistic Wellness – Mindful reflections and relaxation through spiritual reminders
✔️ Connection – Fun activities, group discussions, and social time via garden games, open fire marshmallow roasting etc

❗️What's not included: transport to and from the venue

💷 Cost
The price below reflects the updated 2026 costings and the fact that this is our first time organising this retreat without any funding.
£235 per person, including all the elements listed above, such as shared accommodation, on-site meals and activities, except transport to and from the venue.
The total cost can be paid as follows:
£80 - upon registration (week 0)
£80 - at week 2
£75 - at week 4
The cost above is for everyone 12 years and above. We are unable to cater for those younger, except in specific circumstances (e.g. a team-member's daughter).

IMPORTANT POINTS BEFORE BOOKING 👇🏽
❗️PLEASE DO NOT complete an interest form UNLESS you are able to drive to Coniston Water, are able to reach there by train or can car-share with other sisters.
❗️Completing this interest expression form is the first step; your booking will be confirmed ONLY once the Aminah Active team reaches out to you and the first payment has been processed. This will be shared in due course.
