Salsa Foundations

"Foundations" means different things to different people. For us, it's about how you use your whole body to level up all of your salsa dancing. Over the course of several weeks, our Foundations classes teach you how to use your whole body from the ground up: feet, legs, hips, chest, shoulders, arms and head. This is not just to improve the quality every individual step, but also to improve your balance during turns, your posture, alignment, speed, musicality & creativity. You will notice this in your salsa partnerwork as well, not just your solo footwork & shines!

These classes are taught on salsa On2 followers timing (this is the international norm for salsa On2 classes) but are 100% suitable for all On1 & On2 dancers who are comfortable dancing at improver/improver plus level. This is not a salsa beginners class. These sessions are great for both leaders and followers.

All Foundation classes are taught by Hannah unless communicated differently.

Salsa Footwork

Ever broken away from partnerwork on the dance floor and your mind goes completely blank and you can’t think of any shines to fill the music? Our footwork (shines) class will involve learning a small combination of steps, including additional styling, which will help improve your technique as well as your confidence shining on the dance floor!

These classes are taught on On2 followers timing (this is the international norm for salsa On2 classes). However, these sessions are suitable for all On1 & On2 dancers who are comfortable dancing at improver/improver plus level. This is not a salsa beginners class. Sessions are suitable for both leaders and followers.

All Footwork classes are taught by Hannah unless communicated differently.

Tickets:
- Online tickets are £10 (one class) or £15 (two classes).
- We may occasional promos or monthly passes as well, so please chck all available ticket options.
- Doors open 15 minutes before class start time. Classes will start promptly.Please aim to arrive on time BEFORE the start time of your class to present your QR code.
